159 pages, 223 photos, from Heaven 1983, and posed 1984. I just don’t know what to say about this lot. The only metal-bashy band I ever found exciting, you’ll see them doing just that at a 1983 Heaven gig, but the real quality here for Test Dept fans is the large informal outdoor session, with the band wandering round London, which is wonderfully illustrative of the time, both in the centre of the West End, and then out down the more desolate side of the river.
